  3. All of the programs and files on this disk are believed to be legally copyable.
  4. Each program on this disk has been tested by us using a PC/XT-compatible
  5. computer with 640K, a Beltron #7 BIOS, and Microsoft(tm) BASICA (where
  6. applicable), and found to be operational in that environment. Most of them have
  7. also been successfully tested on many other MS-DOS PCs; however, we can
  8. make no warranty regarding the usability of any program on a particular
  9. PC-compatible computer.

  11. SBB sells blank disks and provides disk cataloging and copying services. We in
  12. no way warranty the applicability or usability of these programs for any
  13. particular purpose or their usability on any machine; nor do we convey any
  14. license to use these programs. SBB's warranty is limited to replacing defective
  15. disks; disks will only be replaced with a new copy of the one found defective.

  17. Many programs are in the public domain while others are offered as "SHAREWARE"
  18. or trial software, where the author requests a donation or payment from each
  19. user to support continued development. While, in many cases, you may not be
  20. legally obligated to provide this donation; sending in the donation often
  21. provides you with registration, printed documentation, latest versions of the
  22. program, periodic updates, and telephone service for program problems. If the
  23. program is of value to you, these services are usually well worth the small
  24. donation requested, and we strongly recommend that you support this concept.
